"Well, I was just wondering if you had some food to spare for me? I haven't eaten in quite some time, so..." she asked, acting uncharacteristically polite and shy.

She offers a smile.

"If you would come this way then?"
She gestures for you to follow her and begins to walk down the hall.

Canon Sakuya is a kind, ditzy girl.

"Sure!" Sakura says, already liking this place, having already forgotten completely about the fairy attack moments ago, now that food was on her mind.

Sakuya continues to lead the fairy to the dining hall.

Meanwhile~

Ritsu leans against a wall and hums a tune.

Vaal is nearby, though he looks as if he's about to go off on his own in search of his own meal.

He storms into the kitchen opening every food cabinet as he smells blood all over the house, wherever he goes he can smell blood but alas he cannot find any. He walks back to Ritzu.

"Show me where she keeps her storage of blood! Its a maze to walk in this house and I smell blood everywhere! I cant track it down!"

He drops to his knees in front of Ritzu.

"Show me!"

He appears helpless in his search for the blood as he waits for Ritzu.

"Um, I don't know... maybe Sakura will find the kitchen and come back for us...?" Her voice does little to hide her doubt.

"Maybe you can look for a fairy maid to lead you to the kitchen?"

She shrugs, "But either way, I'm just gonna stay here. It seems like a good idea for at least one of us to stay."

He slumps on the floor wearily.

Suddenly from around the corner approach Sakuya and Sakura.
"Oh?" The maid looks a little confused "More guests? How may I be of service?"

Ritsu bows respectfully.

"Um, we came here with Sakura but she ran off ahead... so we came here to wait for someone so we wouldn't get lost at all..."

Sakuya smiles in return.

"Well if she is hungry I'm sure you two are as well? Please come this way." She continues down another hallway.

Isn't canon Sakuya so warm?

"Well..." Sakura says to Ritsu and Vaal

"Now you've burned my house down, and I've saved us all from starvation. You guys owe me BIG TIME"

Ritsu sighs and merely rubs the back of her head,"Yeah I guess we do..."

She catches Sakuya looking back at them curiously, before returning her gaze forward.

Ritsu simply giggles nervously in response.

"But I need food...I need blood in me! Who holds the blood around here? Where am I....who are you?"

He starts acting delirious as he crawls and stumbles around the place, clawing at everything in his attempt to grab someone.

Sakuya looks back at Vaal with concern but Ritsu waves at her, "He's just hungry."

Ritsu then grabs him by the back of his coat. "Just follow me and you'll get some food."

"Damn! I knew this secret passage was bogus! Note to self: Never trust fairies!"

*climbs through hole in kitchen floor and replaces the tile*

"She said there was food here, and boy am I hungry."

"Floor person!" Sakura shouts, pointing at the green haired boy climbing out of the floor tile, and ready to spray a wave of danmaku

She points wildly at the green-haired person.

"And what was your name again!?"

She notes Sakuya also has a few handfuls of knives at the ready.

"Uh, miss maid? He's someone we know...though I have no idea where he came from..."

Her stomache growls..."Uhh...."

Sakuya conceals her weaponry once more before turning to the group, "Oh, don't worry, I'll get started on the meal right away, if you'll go through those doors and take a seat?"

Ritsu goes through with the rest of the group not far behind her.

The new room appears to be a dining hall, with a long ornate table and many chairs. Ritsu takes a seat somewhat along the middle.

Sakura jumps up onto one of the seat, marveling at all the fancy cutlery set up expertly on the table. "This place is pretty cool, it's like we're royalty!"

Ritsu leans forwards and looks to both sides.

"Oh wow, you could seat so many people here!"

She swings her legs and smiles.

"And I bet the food is going to be amazing~"

Sakura looks over to the slumped and exhausted form of Vaal a couple of seats down.
"Is he gonna be okay? I mean, what makes you so sure there's even a good supple of blood here anyways?"
She leans over and pokes him with a fork.
"If he gets desperate and starts eating us, I'm blaming you Ritsu"

"I think he'll be fine."

She blinks, "But why would you blame me?"
