Spell Cards Empty Spell Cards

As per the Spell Card rule put in effect by Hakurei Reimu, all denizens of Gensokyo must settle conflicts via Spell Card Duels.

Anyone is allowed to create spell cards as long as they are beautiful and can be dodged.

Limit 6 per person at any given time.
